This is a static informational website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, contains no contact forms, and loads no third-party resources (all fonts and images are served from this site). Visiting this website does not, by itself, transmit your personal data to any third party.
a) Email correspondence. If you contact us at the address above, we process the personal data you provide (name, email address, message content, company details) in order to respond and to take steps toward a potential engagement. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in business correspondence). We retain correspondence for as long as needed for the purpose above and for any statutory retention periods.
b) Server logs. Our hosting provider may automatically log technical data (IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser type) for security and operational purposes. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are kept for the period defined by the hosting provider.
IMTech provides services exclusively to companies and organizations (B2B). We do not offer services to consumers and do not knowingly collect data from consumers in that capacity.
We do not sell or share personal data. Data is disclosed only where required by law. This website itself transfers no data outside the European Economic Area.
